This is Bullwick Barnett. (That's his full name, but nobody ever calls him that). What he lacks in stature he makes up for in meanness. Extra spitty spit-balls are Bull's specialty. He's a total jerk, and at the same time he wants to be friends with Zoo! What the heck?

Ruthie is a year older than Zoo M. Slicky. She acts like she's a lot older, and when she's not busy ignoring him, she's very good at annoying him. But she is Zoo's sister, after all, and is pretty good in a pinch.
Stella Livret can usually be found in the school Library. It's her favorite place to research, and nobody bugs her there. She tends to disapprove of Zoo and his antics, but secretly kind-of likes him. Zoo is more than a little intimidated by her- she's a braniac! And she certainly won't stand for being called 'Livret'.
But he will come to appreciate her more than you can imagine.
And she has a dog who does tricks.
Thanksgiving is always spent at Grandmother's. Zoo M. Slicky is forced to dress up in suit and tie. Yeesh. And Grandmother has too many rules to enjoy the holidays, but he does get to hang out with his mischievous cousins...who have been known to dangle him off the balcony by his ankles. We hope your holiday is a little less adventurous, and full of family of all kinds.

How tall someone is really isn't all that important to Zoo, but he knows how essential it is for most kids (they need to know how you measure up) so here goes...
